At Lacoste South Africa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your Lacoste account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Package the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security seals and crocodile branding tags are intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is processed, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for collection from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
